Vertical and horizontal leadership

Leadership is the first process that classifies organisational evolutionary breakthrough.

Many organisations developed important training projects dedicated to managers, relying on tools and abilities transmission to make organisations evolve. Not always, though, they reached the outcomes they wished for. In our experience, this is due mostly to people inability to develop connections with their own evolutionary breakthrough, with the context and with a future that is emerging, that wants to emerge (see U-Theory).

Moreover, and typically, we think that only managers should lead, while today every organisation member has to answer quickly to his clients and propose innovations that can support the organisation’s evolution.

We activate leadership paths to make vertical and horizontal leadership effective, ensuring that it becomes a distributed and collective competence.
