From “executive board” to “community board”
(beyond “clients “ and “employees”)

The notion of “customer” and “employee” isn’t enough any more.

Client and employee are an abstraction.

Outside the organisation there are people in flesh and bone, who may merely “buy”, or may feel in line with the vision of the world that the company’s offer express. But, in this way, they become members of it, shaping a real community.

Internally too there are people with much more resources than the ones they use. Organisations, if aren’t at evolutionary forces service, soak up an enormous quantity of energy

How long will organisations afford “clients” and “employees”?

We design paths and processes to shift to internal/external genuine communities creation.
