When I design a project with a partner –a single person, a team or an organisation- I simply love to custom it. The basis is the more than 30-years experience in coaching, training, change management. The recipe is to be passionate about continuously evolving those experiences, starting from suggestion coming from clients, new approaches, exchanges with old and new colleagues.

My greatest satisfaction: a person who made it, a team that say “we”, an organisation stepping forward.
